Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items must be returned within 30 Days of receiving the order.

  2. To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  3. Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items, are not eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@clonarfcastle.ie to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 28 Days using the original payment method.

  3. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange.
